One hell of a letter, it reminds me of what happened, i lived with a lady from 1975 to 1982, there was so much love between us it was hard for us to part our ways, she came home after a Doctors appointment and laid the bad news to me about this very bad sickness she had, after about 8 months she said we should part our way, she put up with me for another 3 months before i had to leave.
I have thought in many ways that i new what love was, untill i left that day i new this was my only true love i would ever had because my body told me, and to this day the love is still there.
If my doorbell rang today she would not walk away because my love for her is still here today.

I now this is a little different from yours, but that is what i had to say.
You will find your true love and when it does you will no.
